If you have lost an item in one of our taxis, please don't hesitate to contact our Lost and Found

We will do our best to locate your lost item and return it to you as soon as possible.
To help us locate your lost item, please provide us with the following information:
The date and time of your ride
The taxi number or driver name (if possible)
A description of the lost item
Your contact information
Our Lost and Found team will take immediate action to locate your lost item.
If we find your item, we will contact you to arrange for its return. You can choose to have the item
by picking it up from our office.

All drivers are trained professionally to care for the customers lost & found commodities.
Accordingly, the drivers if found any lost item of the customers surrender at our Platinum Taxi
office at the Lost & Found Department.
Platinum Taxi ensures to submit the unclaimed lost & found items by Customers to Mowasalat within
the same day of receipt of the items.
All passengers are requested to take care of the belongings before leaving our vehicles.
Passengers are requested to please collect the trip receipt always without fail to identify the Taxi
in which the Lost item to be found.
